Which chargers do you support?
We support any OCCP 1.6J complaint. Our package includes Go-e charger Gemini or Flex upon availability
What is included in your packages?
Apart from the charger our package includes a 4G-wifi repeater&access point, a RFID card reader and a number of cards. If there is a need for dynamic load balance a Shelly power meter is included (currently optional)
Who should install the equipment?
Anybody can install our equipment as it is plugn'play. It will be shipped to you preconfigured and you just plug it in your socket. Please do not forget to inform us about your plug. (schuko-blue single phase-red 16A 3p-red 32A 3p). Keep in mind that the 4g-wifi router provided should be installed in an area of your wifi coverage and no more that 20m away from the chargers.
My service area has no wifi coverage, can i use the 4G included?
The 4G SIM card included in the package has a limited data allowance. It should be used only as a backup solution in case of your wifi/network failure.
How can i charge my clients?
Our online system generates for you the total kWh and time that a RFID card - booking Ref.Number used for charging. You can charge your guest through your own hospitality software, therefore you have the freedom to make your own pricelist.
Is your platform GDPR compliant?
In our platform we store only the RFID number and a unique ID of the booking of each guest. Therefore no personal data are required nor there any available fields to fill such as name, passport ID, phone etc.
Is it possible to send the charging sessions data directly to my hospitality software?
In the near time an API integration will be possible and will be posted here for your reference.
Can I use my rooms key card for charging?
As long as your cards are MIFARE 13.56Mhz compatible it is possible to use them. You can scan the card as usual on our provided reader
Can i print my logo on your cards?
You may print on the cards using a compatible card printer. You can also send us your logo prior to shipment in order to be printed by us if you wish​
Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
Can i have a demo of your solution?
we will be happy to arrange a videocall to demonstrate all the available features, upon availability it is possible to ship you a demo unit for better evaluation
